Refund Policy: 

 

All payments processed through Stripe are final and non-refundable. If these transactions are used to recoup debit balances from insurance carriers, no refunds will be issued once a payment is made. Please advise we do NOT collect premiums or payments for insurance policies

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

There are no physical products or shipments associated with payments processed through Stripe. All transactions pertain to financial adjustments related to debit balances. If you have purchased an insurance policy through an insurance agent please contact the insurance carrier/company for details.

Return Policy

 

Payments made through Stripe are for settling outstanding debit balances for agents and returns do not apply. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team at compliance@karmafinancialgroup.com immediately to review your account.

 

Cancellation Policy

If a customer needs to pause, adjust, or cancel payments please contact the insurance carrier to do so.

If an agent needs to change their payments for their debit balances, please contact our compliance department for issues.
